All of our divan beds are reinforced with solid timber. Available with or without drawers. Upholstered in your choice of over 40 fabrics, adding a soft yet sophisticated touch to your bedroom. This bedframe is constructed from a solid hardwood mix, offering exceptional strength and stability.

We offer free shipping on all Mainland UK orders. We deliver within 14 working days. Free shipping is available exclusively to UK mainland addresses.
Before Ordering
Please ensure that your name, address, postcode, telephone number and email are correct. We will require this to relay delivery information to you. There must be clear access for goods to be delivered to your house/apartment. If you opt for delivery add-ons, please ensure there is access to your chosen room and any new carpets/flooring are adequately protected.
Order Processing
We process orders Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays are processed on Mondays.
Handling Time
We have a 7 working day handling period - this is when your products are prepared. During this period you may cancel your order. After this period you can still return (14 days after receiving your goods) but you will be responsible for return costs unless faulty/damaged goods are received. During handling time you will receive a delivery slot which you can change to suit your requirements.
Transit Time
Our transit time is 7 working days. Combined with handling time, this gives a total delivery timeframe of 14 working days from placing your order. We use couriers including XDP, BJS Logistics and our own fleet. On delivery day, the courier will give you a 4-hour time slot. You must provide a valid phone number. Deliveries are conducted between 8am and 8pm.
Delivery Coverage
We only deliver to Mainland UK. We cannot deliver to: Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, or Isles of Scilly.

Whilst UK Mainland delivery is free, we offer additional services: Room of Choice - £40 | Assembly Service - £80
Missed Delivery
If you miss your scheduled delivery, a £50 redelivery fee will apply. To change a booked delivery slot, we require minimum 5 days notice. If your delivery is missed or not received, contact us at info@neroliving.co.uk or call 01484 976303.
14-Day Returns: From date of receipt. Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return costs are your responsibility.
Cancellations: Free cancellation within 7 days of order. After this, standard return policy applies.
Faulty/Damaged: Inspect on delivery. Report any issues to courier and email us photos within 14 days. We'll replace like-for-like.
Fabric Samples: Studio lighting may affect appearance. Order samples first - slight batch variations may occur.
Refunds: Processed via original payment method within 7 business days. Delivery add-ons non-refundable unless faulty.
