These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Nero Living Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility to Purchase

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website. By placing an order, you confirm that all details provided are accurate and complete. We are based in the UK and by purchasing from us you accept you are also based in the UK.

3. Products & Descriptions

We sell furniture products via our webstore.
We make every effort to display product descriptions, dimensions, and images accurately. However:

  1. Colours may vary due to screen settings
  2. Measurements may have minor tolerances
  3. Natural materials (e.g. wood, stone, fabric) may vary in appearance

Such variations do not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing & Payment
  1. All prices are displayed in GBP (£)
  2. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise
  3. Delivery is free to UK mainland, this excludes Northern Ireland and the ROI, Delivery add ons are available and are shown at checkout
  4. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice

Payment is taken securely via Shopify’s supported payment providers.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including due to:

  1. Stock availability
  2. Errors in pricing or descriptions
  3. Suspected fraudulent activity

A contract is formed only when you receive an order confirmation email.

Order Changes can be made up to 7 days after placing your order, this will incur a cost of £50 per order plus a refund or additional payment of any difference, depending on the value of the change. 

6. Delivery

Delivery is 14 working days from the date you place your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  1. Courier issues
  2. Weather condition
  3. Access restrictions at the delivery address

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for furniture delivery. 

If you have specific delivery requirements, please inform us when placing your order so we can accommodate them.

If you miss your scheduled delivery, a £50 redelivery fee will apply.
Assembly services and room of choice delivery add ons incur a separate charge and are highlighted at checkout if selected. Please inspect the product before signing the delivery note. 

Should you wish to change a booked delivery slot, we require a minimum of 5 days notice. 

7. Returns & Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to return orders within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Conditions:
  1. Items must be unused and in original condition
  2. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty/damaged or incorrect
  3. The products must be returned to our registered address mentioned in Section 1.

Cancellations:
  • You can cancel your order up to 7 days from the date of order should you change your mind. After this period you can still return (14 days after receiving) but you will be responsible for the return costs unless faulty/damaged or incorrect goods are received.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photographic evidence
  3. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate
9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Nero Living Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  1. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  2. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order placed

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

11. UK GDPR & Data Protection

We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

15. Errors

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but occasional errors may occur. If we spot an issue, we’ll inform you promptly and give you the option to cancel. If cancelled before the payment process has started, no money will be taken. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to delivery and issue a full refund.

16. Discount Codes

Only one discount code may be used per order per customer. Attempts to combine codes will result in cancellation and refund.

17. Warranty

We provide a 1 year manufacturers warranty for all of our furniture from the date of ordering. Please visit the warranty page to download your warranty information.
