Orders

Once your order is accepted, you’ll receive an email confirmation establishing a contract with us under these Terms & Conditions. Occasionally, products may be unavailable for shipping. In such cases, you’ll be notified and refunded immediately. If the payment process hasn’t begun, no charges will be made.

Errors

We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but occasional errors may occur. If we spot an issue, we’ll inform you promptly and give you the option to cancel. If cancelled before the payment process has started, no money will be taken. Nero Living Ltd T/a www.neroliving.co.uk reserves the right to cancel any order prior to delivery and issue a full refund.

Order Changes

Changes to orders including cancellations can be made within 7 days of ordering.

Delivery

If you have specific delivery requirements, please inform us when placing your order so we can accommodate them.
Please note that delays due to couriers, traffic, or weather are beyond our control.
If you miss your scheduled delivery, a £50 redelivery fee will apply.
Assembly services may incur a separate charge. If opting out of this service, please inspect the product before signing the delivery note. Defects or faulty items can be reported up to 30 days with our Customer Service team.
To reschedule delivery, we require a minimum of 5 days notice.

Discount Codes

Only one discount code may be used per order per customer. Attempts to combine codes will result in cancellation and refund.

Cancellations & Returns

You are able to cancel your order within 7 days of placing.

Customer satisfaction is key to us, that is why we want you to be happy across the full ordering process. We do not accept returns unless your item is faulty/damaged/incorrect.

If you should receive a faulty/damaged/incorrect item then please do not hesitate to contact us on info@neroliving.co.uk or via the contact form within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence to substantiate any claims. We will then endeavour to remedy the claim as swift as possible.

Where a exchange is appropriate we will arrange this, alternatively where a return is appropriate we will endeavour to do this as quick as possible without any inconvenience to you. Please do not disassemble the furniture, and try to leave everything in its original packaging.

You will be responsible for the return costs unless the item is faulty/damaged or incorrect.

Your personal information is secure and confidential. We will never share it with third parties. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and all relevant GDPR regulations.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All beds come with a complimentary 1-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of delivery. Please email us for a copy of the warranty terms and conditions.
