Returns
Customer satisfaction is key to us, that is why we want you to be happy across the full ordering process.
We offer a 14 days returns policy which starts from the day you receive your item. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and in original packaging. You will be responsible for the returns cost to our warehouse. If you cannot find a courier to send back we can arrange a courier on your behalf.
Should your item be opened and used, then due to hygiene reasons it is not returnable. If the item is deemed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will replace it on a like for like basis.
To start a return you must email us within 14 days of receipt of your goods on info@neroliving.co.uk. We may ask for photographic evidence. We will then ask you to send the items back with proof of postage, once we receive them and inspect them a refund will be issued.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order up to 7 days from the date of order should you change your mind. After this period you can still return (14 days after receiving) but you will be responsible for the return costs unless faulty/damaged or incorrect goods are received.

Faulty/Damaged Goods
Upon delivery, please inspect your bed to ensure there are no damages. A simple way to do this is by checking for any tears or dents in the packaging. If you notice any issues, be sure to report them to the courier and email us a photo within 14 days. If a fault is found we will replace the item on a like for like basis.
Fabric Samples
All photos of beds on our website are taken in a studio setting, so lighting may affect the appearance. To ensure you’re completely happy with the fabric and color, we recommend ordering samples before placing your order. These can be ordered by clicking here. Please note that fabric samples are accurate at the time of ordering, but slight variations may occur between batches.
Refunds
Please be aware refunds are processed in the same method which has been used to pay. Please note this can take up to 7 business days. Any delivery add ons selected will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged.
