We use large quantities of upholstery fabrics daily, and because most are woven from natural fibres, you might notice subtle colour shifts between batches. These slight variations are perfectly normal—they add charm and make your pieces uniquely yours. Rest assured, we partner closely with our fabric suppliers to ensure any discrepancies remain minimal.
Yes, you can provide your own fabric. However, you will need to contact us so we can advise how much we will need.

We offer a 1 year manufacturers warranty on all orders. Our warranty protects your purchase from structural defects and manufacturing faults. This warranty excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, and structural issues caused through misuse of the product. Find out more about our warranty and restrictions by contacting us.
Absolutely - requesting fabric samples is one of our favourite parts of the process! We highly encourage you to give it a try. Fabric Samples let you see and feel the colours and textures right in your own home.
We do make our beds in parts so they are easier to transport and assemble. If you feel like you may run into problems with access and clearance we may be able to make the bed in a specific way so it fits. Please reach out before ordering to discuss this.
You can assemble your new bed. However, we recommend leaving assembly to our professional team. If you do choose to assemble your items yourself, please inspect everything upon delivery—any damage discovered afterward will be your responsibility.
We aim to deliver your furniture within 14 working days of you placing your order.
You may cancel your order within 7 days of placing it should you change your mind.
In the unlikely event of damage and defects to your furniture, please send image evidence within 30 days of receipt to our customer service team. We will replace the goods for you on a like for like basis.
