With over 40 fabric options to choose from, you can customize your bed to perfectly compliment your interior. We recommend ordering fabric samples before making your final choice, allowing you to pick your favourite from the comfort of your own space. We offer a range of base options:

  • Gas Lift Storage - A space saving solution.

Each Zuma Upholstered Bed is meticulously crafted. Delivered within 14 Working days. We’ll confirm the delivery date and time in advance to ensure everything arrives exactly when you need it.

Delivery Information

We offer free shipping on all Mainland UK orders. We deliver within 14 working days. Free shipping is available exclusively to UK mainland addresses. Please note that we are currently unable to offer delivery services to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland. Below is further information regarding deliveries.

Before Ordering

Before placing your order please ensure that the following information is checked and accurate

  1. Your Name, Address and postcode are correct.

  2. Your telephone number and email are correct. We will require this to relay the delivery information to you.

  3. There is clear access for goods to be delivered to your house/apartment.

  4. If you opt for delivery add ons then please ensure that there is access to your chosen room and also any new carpets/flooring are adequately protected.

Order processing period

We process orders Mon-Friday 9am - 5pm. Orders placed before 1pm (GMT) are processed the same day. Orders placed after this are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5pm on Fridays are always processed on Mondays.

Handling Time

We have a 7 working day handling period, this is the period in which your products are prepared, during this period you may cancel your order. The handling period starts from the day you place your order and excludes weekends. After this period you can still return (14 days after receiving your goods) but you will be responsible for the return costs unless faulty/damaged or incorrect goods are received. 

During the handling time period you will receive a delivery slot, you can change this to suit your requirements.

Transit Time

Our transit time is 7 working days, this added with the handling time is a delivery timeframe from start to finish of 14 working days of you placing your order. We use a range of couriers such as XDP, BJS Logistics and a fleet of our own vehicles.

On the day of delivery the courier will give you a 4 hour time slot. You must have provided us with a valid phone number to get this update.

Deliveries are conducted between 8am and 8pm.

Delivery Coverage

We only deliver to Mainland UK, this excludes, i.e anywhere off the UK mainland.

Delivery Add Ons

Whilst UK Mainland delivery is free, we also offer delivery add on services on most products. Room of choice is available at a cost of £40. Our assembly service is at a cost of £80.

Important Information

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  1. Courier issues

  2. Weather condition

  3. Access restrictions at the delivery address

You are responsible for ensuring adequate access for furniture delivery. 

If you have specific delivery requirements, please inform us when placing your order so we can accommodate them.

Missed Delivery / Change of Delivery / Delivery Not Received

If you miss your scheduled delivery, a £50 redelivery fee will apply.

Should you wish to change a booked delivery slot, we require a minimum of 5 days notice.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is key to us, that is why we want you to be happy across the full ordering process. 

We offer a 14 days returns policy which starts from the day you receive your item. The product must be in the same condition as you received it and in original packaging. You will be responsible for the returns cost to our warehouse. If you cannot find a courier to send back we can arrange a courier on your behalf. 

Should your item be opened and used, then due to hygiene reasons it is not returnable. If the item is deemed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect then we will replace it on a like for like basis. 

To start a return you must email us within 14 days of receipt of your goods on info@neroliving.co.uk. We may ask for photographic evidence.  We will then ask you to send the items back with proof of postage, once we receive them and inspect them a refund will be issued.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order up to 7 days from the date of order should you change your mind. After this period you can still return (14 days after receiving) but you will be responsible for the return costs unless faulty/damaged or incorrect goods are received.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Upon delivery, please inspect your bed to ensure there are no damages. A simple way to do this is by checking for any tears or dents in the packaging. If you notice any issues, be sure to report them to the courier and email us a photo within 14 days. If a fault is found we will replace the item on a like for like basis. 

Fabric Samples

All photos of beds on our website are taken in a studio setting, so lighting may affect the appearance. To ensure you’re completely happy with the fabric and color, we recommend ordering samples before placing your order. These can be ordered by clicking here. Please note that fabric samples are accurate at the time of ordering, but slight variations may occur between batches.

Refunds

Please be aware refunds are processed in the same method which has been used to pay. Please note this can take up to 7 business days. Any delivery add ons selected will not be refunded unless the product is faulty or damaged.
